StraightSource believes in creating a quality work environment that fosters success. Therefore, we have designed a progressive benefits package that allows us to meet the health and well-being needs of our employees. Our benefits package consists of the following:

  • 100% employer-paid medical and dental benefits for the employee.
  • Basic term life insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
  • Short/long-term disability.
  • A 401(k) plan that includes twelve investment funds, brokerage advice, daily valuation, and a Web site to manage the account. Based on profitability, the company may make a discretionary contribution in addition to the employee's contribution.
  • A Paid Time Off (PTO) plan that provides the employee with over three weeks of combined accrued time off and paid holidays in the first year of employment.
